Ushering Year of Rabbit with Bunny Biscuits

Chinese New Year is just around the corner..... Chinese New Year cookies are found in almost every corner of Singapore.... :) The sight of it reminds me of my childhood memories of baking with my mom during the festive season..... Encouraged by Hubby, I baked a special cookies for the New Year.....

Btw, everyone in my family is very excited about the Chinese New Year.... Because it's the year of rabbit..... and our beautiful mom was born in the year of a rabbit..... so year of rabbit sort of "her" year..... Hahaha.....

I used the bunny cookie cutter to cut out cute bunny shape..... Then I added chocolate rice to form the eyes, nose and mouth..... I personally love the closed eyes and smiling mouth....

I'm so glad to have an adequate selection of cookie cutter..... :) They are very handy to use and they make simple recipe looks gorgeous.....
